Die Aktivboxen der Economy-Serie sind die perfekten Allround-Lautsprecher für den semi-professionellen Einsatz. Neben der Möglichkeit, ein Mikrofon oder ein direktes Line-Signal anzuschließen, können die aktiven 2-Wege-Boxen sogar MP3-Dateien von USB und SD als auch per Bluetooth® wiedergeben.
15" Lautsprecher mit 1,0" Kompressions-Treiber
Die in dem stabilen Gehäuse aus Kunststoff sitzenden Membranen werden von der eingebauten Endstufe mit 120 Watt Leistung versorgt. Durch die Auftrennung des Audiosignals auf die beiden Lautsprecher bei 2,5 kHz ergibt sich ein klares, kraftvolles Klangbild mit hervorragender Durchsetzungskraft.
Anschlussmöglichkeiten
Zur Verfügung steht zum Einen ein Mic-Eingang (XLR oder 6,35 mm Klinke) für den direkten Betrieb mit dynamischen Mikrofonen. Der zweite Kanal dient zur kabelgebundenen Nutzung von z.B. Laptop und MP3-Player via Cinch oder Line-Signalen von z.B. Mischpult (XLR). Beide Kanäle verfügen über separate Lautstärkeregler und das Summensignal kann sogar über den MIX OUT-Ausgang an einen weiteren Lautsprecher geschickt werden.
Medienplayer und Bluetooth®-Empfänger
Eine praktische Sache für alle Gelegenheits-DJs und Party-Gastgeber: der integrierte Medienplayer spielt Musik von USB-Sticks und SD-Karten ab, welche sich direkt direkt von Player und Infrarot-Fernbedienung aus steuern lassen. Die kabellose Variante geschieht über eine Bluetooth®-Verbindung, mit der Musik auch von Smartphone und Tablet aus auf die Box gestreamt werden kann. Ob aktuell Musik vom Medienplayer oder vom Aux-Eingang wiedergegeben wird, kann mit dem MP3/AUX-Taster ausgewählt werden.
Equalizer und Boxenflansch
Ein einfach zu bedienender 2-Band-Equalizer passt den Klang des Lautsprechers schnell und effektiv an die aktuelle Umgebung an. Die Nullstellungen der beiden Regler sind mit einem Rastpunkt versehen, um unkompliziert wieder in die neutrale Stellung zu gelangen. Um den Lautsprecher auf ein herkömmliches Lautsprecherstativ zu montieren, befindet sich an der Unterseite ein 35 mm-Boxenflansch mit Klemmschraube, welche die Box vor versehentlichem Verdrehen sichert.

The speaker more than delivers the necessary undistorted sound pressure for this particular application. Everything works flawlessly, the build quality is okay, the various connection options are more than sufficient, the sound is clean, the highs are well resolved without being aggressive. With a slight reduction of the bass level, a quite good balance over the entire frequency range was achieved. Of course, this can't be directly compared to very good hi-fi speakers that can easily cost umpteen times as much, but without often being able to deliver the necessary emphasis in such a large room. In summary, I can only say: The decision to buy just this speaker I have not yet breut a moment, for the asking price I think it is a really good choice.

Positives:
Neatly processed, rattles nothing, grilles also do not buzz.
Due to the plastic housing, the monitors are relatively light.
Many connection options, but I use only the line input via XLR.
The monitors sound really good, are plenty loud, and noise hardly.
