Die "Inspired by Gibson" ES-339 von Epiphone wurde für diejenigen entwickelt, die den Klang und das Aussehen einer ES-335 suchen, aber ein etwas kleineres, leichteres Instrument haben wollen.

In this price range I do not expect a perfect setup, is anyway a matter of taste. Factory set way too high...
Therefore, it went directly after the fast and trouble-free delivery to the guitar maker for adjustment. For a "handful of dollars more" (20€) I hold a very playable 339 in my hands with beautiful sound and impressive price-performance ratio (remember: the Gibson variant costs 2000€ more).
Crystal clear recommendation. In the last few weeks I have tested many different guitar models from China and Indonesia of well-known manufacturers in the price range between 300-900€. All of them had some kind of workmanship problem (frets, varnish, scuffs etc.). Of all things, the cheap Epiphone 339 from China was without flaws (apart from the setup), plus visually high quality. All thumbs up!
