In addition to the most accurate possible and constant temperature setting, the soldering tip should also heat up as quickly as possible. The Stagecaptain Soldering Professional manages both with flying colors. It takes just 85 seconds to bring the soldering tip up to the maximum temperature of 480 °C. With the rotary dial, the desired temperature is easily set and maintained by the soldering station with 1 °C accuracy. Whether the set and actual temperatures are to be displayed on the 3-digit LCD in Celsius / Fahrenheit can be easily selected via a slide switch.

Removable solder holder

The solder holder can not only store several rolls of soldering tin - it also proves to be an extremely practical accessory. Several rolls of solder can be stored on the shaft (15 mm diameter). The metal holder stands stable and non-slip on its 4 rubber feet (as does the soldering station itself). And now comes the highlight: The tin can be adjusted in height via the eyelet of the continuously adjustable bracket, making the proverbial "third hand" unnecessary.
